Oluyinka Oyeniji – is a graduate of law from Lagos State University. Having completed his LLB programme in 2001, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School at the Enugu campus. Thereafter, he was called to the Nigerian Bar on the 4th of July, 2003. He has had the benefit of several years of legal experience from prestigious law offices including the law office of WOLE OLANIPEKUN (SAN) AND CO, LAYI BABATUNDE (SAN) AND CO.
Oluyinka had also garnered corporate commercial law experience having worked as pioneer Legal Officer for World Dove Media Plc, serving on the Board of Directors and offering legal support for drafting multi-level service agreements, contracts, mergers and acquisition, due diligence etc. He is an Associate of CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF ARBITRATORS (U.K.) and member, Nigerian Bar Association.
His post graduate study was in the University of Lagos with special emphasis on Labour and Industrial Law Matters. His passion is for bringing local labour legislations in compliance with international standards. He has authored and delivered papers to conferences including the oil sector, Banking and corporate commercial transactions. Having also identified with HRF, he is prepared to bring his wealth of experience to bear on advocating for human and peoples’ rights, decongesting prisons and enthroning a new order of due diligence and adherence to due process of administration of the criminal justice system.
He is presently the Managing Partner of FIRST CHRONICLES LP.
