Victor Fakunle is the founder and President of Human Rights Foundation, Nigeria. Currently, He is also the Chief Operations Officer and board member of Xtadok Nigeria Limited; a Real Estate Development Company. He is devoted to helping those whose rights have been violated.
Previously, Victor held several positions such as Acting Careers Information Officer and Careers Administrator at Regent’s College London.
He worked with the Learning and Development Unit at the International Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands.
Victor was a member of the Webster University Business Club at Leiden, Netherlands. He received a certificate in International Human Rights, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and an MBA from Webster University, Missouri, USA.
BUKOLA is an entrepreneur and the founder of MiCH & BARJ, a Nigerian fashion brand and designer outfit that specializes in garments, textiles and other fashion products.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Bukola worked in Customer Service and later in Human Resources Management at a global Telecommunications company. She had a brief stint consulting at a Human Resource Firm in Lagos, Nigeria.
She is dedicated to helping women, children and the youth. Bukola serves on the board of Teen Guide Africa, an initiative that teaches Life Skills and provides coaching and mentoring for youths. She continues to serve as Volunteer, Counselor, Coach / Teacher, and Partner at Nonprofit organisations. She has volunteered at “Meals on Wheels”, Bakersfield, California an organisation that delivers meals to immobile seniors, “Lydia’s Heart Initiative / Dabira Woman” an organisation that empowers children and mothers with skills and the ongoing support to better their lives while also providing counseling and support for women who are abused, and Youth For Christ International.
Bukola likes to read, particularly enjoys a good book, movie and the acquisition of fresh culinary experiences, likes to travel and definitely wants to travel more. In addition to continually developing herself by attending courses and subscribing to publications, she has a B.A. in English and Literature from University of Ado Ekiti and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, Scotland.

OMOTAYO ABIODUN is an Aviation Engineer by profession. He’s married and blessed with a
beautiful daughter.
Omotayo started his career in Nigeria before moving to the Gambia and
currently to Qatar. Omotayo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has worked
with various local, regional, and international airlines. Omotayo loves to stand for the rights
of the disadvantaged, hence his motivation to be part of Human Rights Foundation. HRF is
his first platform to be part of an NGO and he intends to contribute his quota for the benefit
of humanity.
BD, as he is popularly called, is a legal and tax practitioner and technology enthusiast where he has considerable investments. He is a Partner at AO2 Law, a law firm where heleads the tax, commercial law, criminal law and trust practices of the firm. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Taxaide Professional Services Ltd and Taxaide Technologies Ltd, both of which are a tax management and technology development companies, respectively.
BD is HRF’s Executive Director. At HRF, he provides leadership to the organisations efforts by overseeing all its functions in a coordinated whole to ensure that its aspirations are met within the bounds of available resources. He routinely manages the relationships among HRF’s clients, volunteers, funders and other stakeholders, including Government and its relevant institutions.
He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is certified inProject Management by the Project Management Institute, USA. He holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Lagos.
An indigene of Owo, Ondo State. He is happily married to Neni and they have Jaden and Chloe.

Olukayode Oguta – is a Multi-talented Information Technology and Business Management
consultant and he has over sixteen years progressive industry experience that spans both the
private and public sectors. He worked for diverse organizations including the
telecommunications market leader in Nigeria MTN Nigeria before his entrepreneurial venture He
is an alumnus of both the University Of Ilorin, and the Obafemi Awolowo University where he
also obtained his MBA majoring in Strategic Management and has been certified by various
bodies in both managerial and Technology field.
Olukayode Oguta has worked in the development of many strategic modules for diverse
organizations and continues to leverage on the development of Business Intelligence capabilities for
firms in emerging markets. He is a member of many professional bodies including the Project
Management Institute (PMI) North America and the America Society of Quality (ASQ). He has trained
over 800 Nigerians in Project Management and has been involved in trainings for organizations like the
UNDP, Ericsson, British Council, Guinness, NNPC, MTN, AlcatelLucent, Zenith Bank, Agip (NAOC), and
Ascon Oil Group amongst others.
He is now the pioneer Managing Director of Beryl Consulting Limited.
Kristie Fakunle – is an educator whose career has spanned over seventeen years working
with early childhood students. She has worked at various international schools around the globe.
She holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood and obtained a Bachelor of Business
Administration-Management from Howard University, Washington, D.C.
Adebayo Olorunjo – is a Zonal Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He
trained as a lawyer at University of Ilorin & thereafter went to Nigerian Law School, Lagos,
where he was called to the Nigerian Bar Association in 1990. Currently, Adebayo Olorunjo is the
Principal Partner of Olorunjo & Associates, a private law firm based in Lagos
Taiwo Kupolati – is the Principal Partner at Taiwo Kupolati & Co. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He was a Senior Counsel at the late Gani Fawehinmi’s Chambers. As counsel in Chambers, several cases bordering on liberty of the citizens were prosecuted; The military oligarchy and their tyrannical actions were then fought through resistance and relentless legal actions in the late 1980s and 1990s.
Kupolati participated in the birth of the first weekly law reports, Nigerian Weekly Law Reports and served as Senior Deputy Editor (1987 -1990). He also served as Deputy Editor of Supreme Court of Nigeria Law Reports. He Founded Federation Weekly Law Reports in 2000.
The law reports have recorded over 5000 cases in over 600 volumes. The law reports are profoundly used in all superior courts in Nigeria and have produced influential effect on Nigerian jurisprudence. He is a defender of the cause of the Masses through Several Pro Bono services. Barrister Kupolati is also the President, People-Govern Connect, a think-thank channel aimed at enthroning people-centered principles and practices in Nigerian governance.
Adebola Adejonwo has over 22years experience in property related matters. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993, having graduated from the University of Reading renowned College of Estate Management in1990. He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Most of Adejonwo’s professional life was spent in the United Kingdom, advising Corporate and Institutional clients. More recently Mr. Adejonwo held the position of Head of Property at Stanbic IBTC Bank. He his passionate about making God famous, the rule of law, humanity and the propagation of human rights by fighting for the rights of the under privileged.
